Flat for a person. Per person for an organisation.

The unit changes exactly once, where one voice becomes several. Every plan begins with the same interview of about an hour, and every plan lists what it leaves out as well as what it includes.

Before you decide

Do the interview first. It costs nothing.

About an hour of questions, no card. At the end you have your voice profile, the stories you told with the quotes verbatim, and up to 4 pillars — readable and exportable whether or not you go any further. Writing is the part that needs a plan, and it picks up from what you already said rather than starting again.

Annual is ten months’ money for twelve, on every plan. Prices in US dollars, billed by Stripe. Long-form allowances are counted per voice and reset on the 1st; Team and Agency seats are changed on your billing page, and the difference for the rest of the month is worked out for you. Cancel from your billing page in a few clicks, or write to support@onrecord.tech and we will do it — either way there is nobody to get past.

In every plan, including Solo

None of this is a tier. The whole product rests on the first item, and the rest cost us nothing extra to give you.

The interview — about an hour — and the voice model it builds. Then a Monday, every week: the drafts already written, and when a pillar has run dry, one question under them.
Your LinkedIn headline and About, written from what you have actually said — options and the reasoning, for you to paste in yourself. Nothing here can edit your profile.
A banner and carousels, drawn rather than image-generated, so the type is never garbled. The carousel comes out as a PDF to post.
The recorder: shorts filmed at full quality on your own machine, with your draft on the prompter or no prompter at all.
Outbound: a stranger’s post read for what is checkable, and a first message drafted from it. It fills a desk and never sends.
Export: your profile, stories, interviews, pillars, drafts, posts and articles, whenever you want them, including after a subscription ends. The file lists what it leaves out, and other people’s personal data is deliberately part of that list.
Add-on · any plan, including Solo

Host your own show. $35 a month

A feed Apple, Spotify and every other podcast app polls. Submit the URL once and every episode after that arrives everywhere by itself. A page per episode, notes written from what was actually said — it refuses to write them from a title — and the file to hand to YouTube or LinkedIn when they want an upload rather than a feed. And a recording room for two: your guest joins by link, never signs up, and records at full quality on their own side, so you end up with two clean tracks rather than one room microphone.

250GB of downloads a month, shared across every show on the account — about 5,100 listens of a typical episode. Past that, 15¢ a gigabyte on your next invoice, and you watch the number climb on your own show page rather than meeting it on a bill. Nothing is ever cut off: a podcast that stops downloading is a broken podcast.

Added from inside the product, on any plan — $350 a year.

The number that does not move

No plan sends more pitches a day than another.

Twelve a day per voice, on every plan, because reply rate falls as batches grow. Selling a bigger number would be selling a worse result. The same goes for the four-pillar cap and the two-follow-up cap, and every follow-up waits for your approval like the first message: limits that exist for quality are the same everywhere, and only the limits that exist for cost are for sale.

Running more than a few voices?

This form reaches a person. If you are buying Team or Agency: you can buy either above and it works from the moment you do, but what a checkout cannot do is the setup, since every client voice needs its own verified sending domain before it can pitch anything. Say what you are running and we will set it up with you.

Optional.
Optional, and it helps.

A person reads it and replies.
